This will be his second time hosting solo, as Kimmel emceed the ceremony in 2012.

His "Jimmy Kimmel Live" is ABC's longest-running late-night talk show, with 14 seasons.
The 68th Primetime Emmy Awards will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on ABC on September 18.
